Pseudomorphs—Limonite after Siderite These specimens are fine examples of pseudomorphs. In these samples, an iron mineral (limonite) has replaced and taken the form of a carbonate mineral (siderite). The result is limonite exhibiting rhombohedral form. Limonite is not a particularly attractive mineral, but these pseudomorphs are interesting to collectors. Over $10
