        Can You Help?

What’s This?

Here are a few mineral specimens that I’ve acquired over time but haven’t been able to identify.  I’d appreciate any help you could give in identification of the minerals and (if possible) potential locations where they may have been collected.  That would at least give me a good start for further research.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ID# 501-127 This appears to be malachite with calcite.  Any idea where it’s from?

ID# 501-184 Dark brown to black, metallic tetrahedrons.

ID# 501-186 Very interesting.  Color grades from light pink to light green/blue.  Top is banded, and bottom has a porous, sugary texture.

ID# 501-182 Golden books and lime green nodules on a bed covered with tiny quartz crystals.
